ART Rezidence "Inner light" offers both digital services (tickets, bookings) and, in some cases, physical products (gift certificates, artworks). This policy explains how delivery works for each type of purchase.

1. Digital delivery (tickets & bookings)

Exhibition tickets purchased online are delivered digitally — confirmation is sent to your email immediately after successful payment via Stripe
Course and event bookings are confirmed by email within 24 hours of payment or reservation
No shipping fees apply to digital products

2. Physical delivery (gift certificates & artworks)

Gift certificates may be collected in person at Omnibusa iela 19, Jūrmala during opening hours (11:00–17:00) or sent by registered mail within Latvia
Delivery of artworks and custom paintings is arranged individually by agreement with the customer
International shipping is available on request — costs and timelines are quoted separately

3. Delivery timeframes

Digital confirmations: within minutes of payment. Physical items within Latvia: 3–7 business days after order confirmation. Custom artworks: timeline agreed individually at the time of order.

4. Delivery costs

Digital delivery is free. Physical delivery within Jūrmala/Riga area may be free for gift certificates; postal delivery and international shipping are charged according to actual carrier rates, communicated before payment.

5. Issues with delivery

If you do not receive a digital confirmation within 1 hour, check your spam folder and contact us. For physical items not received within the agreed timeframe, contact us for tracking information or a replacement.
