This policy explains how you can cancel bookings and orders, and what happens when ART Rezidence "Inner light" cancels a service.
1. Exhibition visit bookings
- Individual tickets: cancellation with full refund if requested at least 24 hours before the planned visit
- Group bookings (10+ persons): cancellation with full refund if requested at least 48 hours in advance
- Late cancellations are non-refundable but may be rescheduled once, subject to availability
2. Courses and masterclasses
- Free cancellation up to 7 days before the course date — full refund
- Cancellation 3–7 days before — 50% refund
- Cancellation less than 3 days before or no-show — no refund
- You may transfer your place to another person by notifying us at least 24 hours in advance
3. Private and corporate events
Cancellation terms for private events and corporate masterclasses are specified in the individual agreement or invoice. A non-refundable deposit may apply for reserved dates.
4. Cancellation by us
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule events, courses or exhibition hours due to illness, force majeure, maintenance or low attendance. In such cases you will be notified as soon as possible and offered a full refund or alternative date.
5. How to cancel
Send a cancellation request to innerlight@inbox.lv or call +37129613613. Include your name, booking reference and date of the service. We will confirm cancellation and any applicable refund within 5 business days.
