Due to the nature of our services — live cultural experiences, custom artworks and personalised courses — returns are limited. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.
1. Services (tickets, tours, courses)
Services that have already been provided are not returnable. For unused services, please refer to our Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy.
2. Gift certificates
- Unused gift certificates may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund if not yet activated
- Activated or partially used certificates are non-returnable
- Certificates are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated
3. Artworks and physical products
- Standard ready-made items may be returned within 14 days if unused and in original condition
- Custom-made or personalised paintings cannot be returned unless defective or not as agreed
- Return shipping costs for non-defective items are borne by the customer
4. Defective products
If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us within 7 days with photos. We will offer a replacement, repair or full refund at our discretion.
5. Return process
To initiate a return, email innerlight@inbox.lv with your order number and reason. We will provide return instructions and the address for physical items. Refunds are processed within 14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
