This Refund Policy applies to purchases made through our website, including exhibition tickets, courses, masterclasses, events and gift certificates. By completing a purchase, you agree to this policy together with our Privacy Policy.

1. General principle

We aim to provide high-quality cultural experiences. Refunds are considered in the circumstances described below. Services already used or attended are generally non-refundable.

2. Exhibition tickets

Full refund if the exhibition visit is cancelled by us due to force majeure or technical closure
Full refund for duplicate payments or confirmed technical payment errors
Partial or full refund if you are unable to attend due to illness — upon request at least 24 hours before the visit, subject to verification
No refund for unused tickets after the validity date or for change of mind after purchase

3. Courses and masterclasses

Full refund if we cancel the course or event
Full refund if you cancel at least 7 days before the scheduled date
50% refund if you cancel 3–7 days before the scheduled date
No refund for cancellations less than 3 days before the start or for no-shows

4. Events and concerts

If an event is cancelled by the organiser, you will receive a full refund to the original payment method within 14 business days. If an event is rescheduled, your ticket remains valid for the new date or you may request a refund within 7 days of the announcement.

5. How to request a refund

Contact us at innerlight@inbox.lv with your order details, date of purchase and reason for the request. We will respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days via the original payment method.

6. Consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights under applicable Latvian and EU consumer protection law.
